Get Involved

Join in as a nature center member, volunteer, or by donating.

Volunteers make a world of difference.  Many programs at Navarino depend on your help.

Work side by side with other volunteers and staff serving school groups, and the general public at events.

Trails are groomed, and holding form. With the coming snow forecasted and the time of year, the groomed trails will probably not be regroomed. The current tracks should still be visible and able to be navigated. At this point in time, there is no further grooming planned and trails will be what they are until spring thaw. This could change due to staff and volunteer availability, so feel free to contact NNC at 715-758-6999 for current conditions.

Dogs are welcomed on the wildlife area. Dogs MUST be under your control at all time whether by leash or commands. Dog walking during the winter has special areas for walking to avoid our cross country ski trails.

For any questions, please contact the NNC staff at 715-758-6999.

Maps can be found here

The main floor of the nature center is open including:  lobby, restrooms, conference room, mammal room, nature store and staff office windows.

Please physical distance and use common sense precautions.

The Great Room and Classroom are in use for rentals and programming.
