Volunteers make a world of difference. Many programs at Navarino depend on your help.
Work side by side with other volunteers and staff serving school groups, and the general public at events.
Trails are groomed, packed, and tracked. Trails still have snow on them, but we are facing a warm stretch in the coming weeks so always call to see how the trails are as conditions can change daily. Rentals are available at the Nature Center. Keep watching here on the website for condition updates and trail conditions. Winter recreation map found here.
Dogs are welcomed on the wildlife area. Dogs MUST be under your control at all time whether by leash or commands. Dog walking during the winter has special areas for walking to avoid our cross country ski trails. See Winter recreation map linked above for dog walking trails.
For any questions, please contact the NNC staff at 715-758-6999.
Maps can be found here.
The main floor of the nature center is open including: lobby, restrooms, conference room, mammal room, nature store and staff office windows.
Please physical distance and use common sense precautions.
The Great Room and Classroom are in use for rentals and programming.
